Job

Our product management team is responsible for creating a cross-platform entertainment experience for our valued consumers.

The candidate must have a solid background launching streaming He / She will also be able to work individually and with stakeholders at every level. The Product Manager will be able to take the releases and deliverables from ideation to completion and management.

Having an understanding of the evolving video streaming industry is very important as the PM will be working to deliver strategic product vision with short to long-term initiatives that create the ultimate user experience.

The Product Manager will report to the CTO with close collaborations with key stakeholders such as CEO, CRO, COO, Marketing manager and Head of programming.

Role

Define and articulate long-term strategies for cross-platform video streaming services, and develop the product vision and product roadmap working closely with stakeholders.

Create and execute product releases in line with a multi-platforms roadmap.

Lead product development, manage backlog priorities and become a fully agile leader.

Collect feedback, understand and communicate consumer behavior for existing products and features and leverage learnings for future releases.

Stay current and up-to-date with emerging trends in the industry and keep informed of the competition.

Create product documentation including product requirements and use case definitions.

Cultivate and manage strong relationships among working teams and leadership across Product, Operations, Distribution, Design, Marketing, Content, Finance and Legal.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators as well as project cost, and communicate project status.

Requirements

3 to 6 years of experience in managing and leading digital product development (apps for iOS, Android, and/or for the Web)

Must have worked on multiple platforms - cross platforms.

Understanding of digital products, specifically OTT, B2C, and streaming services.

User experience intuition and understanding across different consumption platforms

Strong communication skills, which enable you to present problems and technical issues in a target-group-oriented way when coordinating with clients, stakeholders and developers

Experience in agile development process (Scrum, Kanban)

Analytical skills required to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources

Experienced with Jira

Must feel comfortable with rest APIs, ecommerce flow, and modern front applications.

Must feel comfortable with streaming technologies (hls, dash) as with drm.

Any experience in the video streaming industry is a plus.

Fluent in English and French, native English is a plus

Job

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, plan, and execute the marketing strategies for Qwest TV’s video services and digital businesses.

He/She must be highly knowledgeable about marketing and the video streaming ecosystem, a passion for music being a plus.

The digital marketing manager will be a highly collaborative, global-minded, data driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

He / She will report to the COO with close collaborations with key stakeholders such as CEO, CRO and Head of programming.

Role

Responsible for creating and executing digital strategies that serve company goals.

Partner with leaders across the company to implement digital campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive traffic.

Establish and manage multi channels campaigns, social ads, search, marketing automation, social media marketing, and other inbound marketing tactics for acquiring, nurturing, and expanding Qwest TV’s audiences.

Analyse and improve marketing funnel and website page optimization (SEO).

Collaborate with affiliate and international teams to extend digital campaigns.

Manage external agencies and marketing freelancers.

Develop measurable objectives, analyze performance to objectives and trend results, collect key metrics and provide strategic analysis while synthesizing information into concise takeaways.

Constantly evaluate current trends in digital marketing.

Work independently and collaboratively across local and global teams to align on crucial digital marketing strategies, timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

Must have worked on multiple platforms - cross platforms.

Experienced with live and/or video streaming.

Experienced with subscription businesses (User acquisition & retention)

Avid user of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, always looking out for new functionality and applications of platforms.

Experienced with CRM tools

Strong written and communication skills

SEO skills

Data & results-driven, strong analytical skills including tools such as Google Analytics and Tag manager, with a test-and-adjust mentality.

Experience leading small marketing teams

Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities as well as the work environment.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent time-management skills.

Project management skills, ability to prioritize, multitask, and focus, while adhering to strict project timeline and budgets.

English native speaker, fluent French is a plus.

Job

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced social media producer to grow the company’s video and social media presence.

The social media producer will manage everything from content creation to follower growth and community engagement. This role will have a primary focus on Youtube, Facebook and Instagram but will also oversee new platforms. We expect this person to have curiosity and a point of view on new and emerging social & video platforms.

The candidate must be passionate about music, content, social media and the video streaming ecosystem. Very good at balancing strategy with real-world execution. Creative to the core, you have an eye for amazing social content but you know how to back that with data and analytics.

He / She will report to the Digital Marketing Manager (TBD) with close collaborations with key stakeholders such as CEO, COO and Head of programming.

Role

Conceive, implement and measure engaging social marketing campaigns on a daily basis across all relevant channels.

Develop tactics, plans, and partnerships that help achieve Qwest TV business goals.

Write and produce entertaining and enlightening social media content (posts, video concepts & scripts)

Planning and maintaining a production budget as well as driving a video production team with a meticulous attention to detail.

Build and maintain great relationships with artists and partners on social media channels.

Create and maintain a social media calendar for publishing videos and other content while aligning activity to the wider marketing calendar.

Report out on channel performance by sharing meaningful and actionable data on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in social media marketing campaign management, editorial, content creation and distribution required

A proven track record growing organic followers on a social media platform, ideally Youtube, Facebook and Instagram.

Experienced with live streaming or video streaming. The candidate is passionate and knowledgeable about entertainment, music, video content development and distribution.

Avid user of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, always looking out for new functionality and applications of platforms

Skilled with Hootsuite or any other popular social media platforms

Intermediate graphic design, video editing, and photography skills for the purpose of social media content creation required as this role will be responsible for content creation for all social channels.

Ability to work closely and lead a video production team (video editors, motion designers).

Experience managing a network of influencers/Artists.

Strong written and communication skills in English, and French is a definite plus.

Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines

Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of teamwork with flexibility to work weekends.
